HOLT CAT®, the Caterpillar® equipment and engine dealer for 118 counties
in Texas, has appointed Robert "Bert"
Fulgium vice president of product support for its machine division. In his
new role, Fulgium will oversee all Cat
heavy equipment parts and service operations throughout HOLT CAT's operating territory.
Fulgium began his career at HOLT
CAT in 2002. Prior to his new position,
he served as vice president of product
support for HOLT CAT's power systems
division.

communications, and all aspects of research and development.
Rounce joins Cameron from OneSubsea, a joint venture between Cameron
and Schlumberger, where he was vice
president of marketing and technology.
Before that, he served as vice president
and director of mergers and acquisitions
at Schlumberger.

HAMMOND

Law firm Babst Calland has added
corporate attorney Jay Hammond as a
shareholder in its energy and natural resources and business services groups.
Hammond is the former vice president
and general counsel of Atlas Energy, and
the former supervising counsel for
Chevron North America Exploration and
Production's Appalachian/Michigan business unit. He also held key legal positions
with CNX Gas Corp. and CONSOL Energy.

STEWART

Dave Stewart has been appointed
chief executive officer of Wood Group
PSN. In his new position, he will focus
on business efficiency and support the
firm's growth.
Stewart joined Wood Group 17 years
ago and moves into the role from his
previous position as U.K. managing director of WGPSN's U.K. operations.
His past accomplisments include establishing Wood Group's duty holder business and creating WGPSN's industrial
services capability through the acquisition
of Pyeroy Group Ltd in 2013.

Justin Rounce has assumed the newly created position of vice president of
marketing and chief technology officer
for Cameron. In his new role, Rounce

DE COIGNAC

Nicolas de Coignac has been appointed
senior vice president of Vallourec Group
and president of North America. In these
roles, he will lead all Vallourec's North
American businesses and worldwide
drilling operations.
Previously, Coignac was senior vice
president of the power and pipe project
sector in Boulogne, France. He joined
the Vallourec Group in 1992 as hot rolling
mill manager for the Valti Division. His

other positions include sourcing director,
general manager of Vallourec Argentina,
managing director of OCTG for Europe,
and managing director of the drilling
products division.

Ryan Streams has joined the Western Energy Alliance's staff as regulatory
affairs analyst with a focus on air and
water quality.
Streams is former associate director
of the Utah Science, Technology and
Research Initiative, where he was based
at the University of Utah's Energy &
Geoscience Institute. His experience
also includes managing outreach for
the Swaner Preserve and Eco Center,
and a research fellowship at Colgate
University's Central Adirondack Laboratory for Environmental Studies. Ì

Wood Group Mustang has promoted
Edmund-Hugo Lunde to executive
vice president and Brent Owen to
senior vice president, project delivery
functions.
Lunde's responsibilities include the
offshore, onshore, oil sands, pipeline,
process plants, industrial, and automation
and control markets, as well as regional
operations for the United Kingdom,
Norway and Canada. Most recently, he
served as Wood Group's senior vice
president for global business development, marketing, strategy and acquisitions.
Owen's responsibilities include overseeing engineering, project delivery
services, and construction management
operations and quality. Most recently,
he was vice president and general manager of the Wood Group process plant
and industrial business unit's operations
in Greenville, S.C.
