Capstone Gets Big Order For Natural Gas Turbines
CHATSWORTH, CA.-Capstone Turbine Corp. has received an order for 25
C65 microturbines to enable the continual
expansion of existing oil and gas customer
fleets in shale plays across the western
United States.
Horizon Power Systems, Capstone's
distributor for the Eagle Ford, Permian
Basin, Barnett, Mancos, San Juan, and
Wattenberg plays, secured the order, Capstone relates. The company says the order

Leistritz Advanced Technologies
Corp. has named Robert Richter chief
financial officer. His responsibilities include the pump, machine tool, turbine
component and extruder business units.
Richter served as chief financial officer of Leistritz Advanced Turbine
Components until its sale to Ellwood
Advanced Components. Before that, he
spent time with Parker Hannifin following its purchase of Nycoil/Rectus
Tema-Corp, for which he was controller
and vice president of finance. Richter's
other past positions include controller
for food distribution, bearing, and lighting rental companies.

Key Energy Services Inc. has hired
Robert Drummond as president and
chief operating officer.
Drummond has spent the past 31
years with Schlumberger, where he held
positions in management, business development and operations. He most recently served as president of Schlumberger Limited's North American business unit.
Drummond is a director and a member of the executive committee for the
National Ocean Industries Association,
as well as a director for the Petroleum
Equipment Suppliers Association and
