MICHAEL
HAYES

Greene's Energy Group LLC has
named Michael Hayes vice president
and general manager of pressure testing
and services (PTS), and its engineering
group.
Based in Houston, Hayes will be responsible for implementing corporate
initiatives and business strategies relating
to PTS operations. He has three decades'
operational experience in the oil and
gas industry. Most recently, he served
as vice president of the U.S. eastern region for Frank's International and for
Weatherford International.

Tendeka has appointed Scott Watters
chief operating officer and Annabel
Green chief technology officer.
Watters brings two decades' oil and
gas industry experience in operations,
line management and business development. In his previous roles, he served
as Weatherford's country manager for
Saudi Arabia and executive director of
Nobel Oil. Watters will be based in
Houston.
Green joined Tendeka in 2012 to
drive development of the company's
SigNet wireless intelligent completion
technology before taking a strategic role
on the senior management team. Before
joining Tendeka, she worked in technical
and management positions within the
service sector with responsibility for developing and commercializing sand face
completion technologies.

Denbury Resources Inc. has hired
Chris Kendall as its chief operating
officer.
Kendall joins Denbury from Noble
Energy Inc., where he most recently
served as a member of executive management and as senior vice president of
global operations services. Before that,
he served a vice president for the Gulf

W. John Lee has joined Energy Navigator Inc. as senior consulting engineer.
He will conduct independent research
in reservoir engineering for unconventional
resources, and mentor Energy Navigator
technical and engineering staff. He also
will be available to clients for consultations
and advice on reserves and reporting for
SEC compliance.
Lee has five decades of experience.
He served as an academic engineering
fellow with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. In addition, he headed Exxon Company's U.S. Major Fields
Study Group, supervising integrated field
studies of Exxon's largest domestic reservoirs. Lee is a professor of petroleum
engineering at the University of Houston.

The Society of Exploration Geophysicists has announced its 2015-2016 board
of directors, which includes Bill Abriel
as the newly nominated president-elect.
Following his one-year term, Abriel will
become SEG president after the society's
2016 annual meeting, scheduled for Oct.
16-21 in Dallas.
A geophysics industry veteran, Abriel
worked with Chevron for 36 years before
retiring in May. He was the geophysical
lead for Chevron projects in oil and gas
basins around the world, concentrating
on North America, China, Australia,
South America, Russia, and Eurasia.
He also has participated in technical
committees for SEG meetings over the
years. He was named an SEG life member
in 2007, and served as SEG's first vice
president in 2012.
Also elected to the 2015-16 board of
directors were Jie Zhang as second vice
president, Mauricio Sacchi as editor,
Rocky Detomo and Vladimir Grechka
as directors at large, and Lee Lawyer,
who was elected by the SEG Council to
serve as council chair.
The new board will assume leadership
after this October's annual meeting in
New Orleans.

NEOS Geosolutions Inc. has elected
Jonathan Faiman to its board of directors.
Faiman has completed a substantial
financial investment in NEOS, and he
has a significant minority stake in the
company. Before this appointment, he
co-founded and served as chief operating
officer of Ocado PLC, a British Internet
retailer. Before Ocado, he spent eight
years as a banker, working at Bankers
Trust and then Goldman Sachs.

Summerly Kulik and Adam D.
Speer have joined law firm Babst
Calland as staff attorneys in the firm's
mineral title services and natural resources groups.
Kulik's practice focuses primarily
on counseling energy, oil, gas and mineral-related clients on transaction matters,
including title examination, title curing,
oil and gas title opinions and due diligence. She is a 2001 graduate of the
University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Speer's practice focuses primarily
on counseling various energy, oil, gas
and mineral-related clients on transaction
matters related to oil and gas title issues
and opinions. He is a 2014 graduate of
Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
