Oil and gas software company Energy
Navigator has added Bill Agee, Lynn
Babec and Kerry Befus to its North
American account services team.
As the company's new vice president
of U.S. operations, Agee will be based
in the Houston office, He brings to Energy Navigator 18 years of experience
in areas including oil and gas technology,
petrotechnical application advisory, and
account management with Halliburton
and Landmark Graphics.
Babec has been hired as senior account manager, and arrives at Energy
Navigator's Houston office with experience developing and delivering exploration, drilling and production solutions, coupled with a petroleum operations background.
Befus joins Energy Navigator's Calgary office as senior account manager,
bringing 15 years' experience helping
oil and gas clients analyze and select
the software and services that best meet
their needs.

STACEY
AVALOS

Completion system supplier Reactive
Downhole Tools has named Stacey Avalos
business development manager for North
America. She will be based in the company's Houston office.
Avalos' experience includes seven
years with Baker Hughes, during which
she held field engineer roles, as well as a
post as operations manager for which
she led engineering teams and projects,
while handling profit and loss for West
Central Area completions.

Sigma Cubed Inc. has promoted Charlotte Kula to chief financial officer.
Kula joined SIGMA3 as controller in
2013, and since then she has architechted
key cost savings and productivity initiatives covering 10 subsidiaries, including
streamlined KPI-based financial reporting,

and a consolidated accounting platform.
Before joining SIGMA3, she served as assistant controller at SPT Inc., and controller
at OSG Lightering LLC, Bayoil USA Inc.,
Energy Development Corp. and Yuma Petroleum Co.

NCS Multistage has promoted Don
Battenfelder to president, North America.
He is responsible for all NCS sales and
operations in the United States and Canada.
Previously, Battenfelder was president of
Canadian Operations. Before joining NCS
Multistage, he worked 17 years with
Fracmaster and 13 years with Calfrac,
serving both companies in senior executive
roles.
In addition, Shawn Leggett has been
named vice president of Canadian operations. Leggett was previously director
of sales and business development in
Canada, and will be responsible for all
Canadian operations and sales. He joined
NCS in 2010 as technical services manager, and was promoted to manager of
business development for Canada in 2014.
Before coming to NCS, he was a fracturing
supervisor for Calfrac Well Services and
later a well site supervision consultant.
Mike McKown has been appointed
vice president of NCS's U.S. operations,
and will be responsible for all operations
and sales in the United States. McKown
joined NCS Multistage as sales manager
in 2013. Earlier, he worked as a project
manager for Baker Hughes and, before
that, as a completion superintendent for
EQT Corporation.
Finally, Ivy Oubre has been named
vice president, strategic sales, and will
head a new group that will provide support
for Canadian, U.S., and international sales.
He joined NCS in 2015 as director of
global sales. He began his career as a

sales representative for Wilson Downhole
Services and has held significant salesmanagement positions, including global
sales process manager for Baker Hughes,
and most recently, vice president of sales
for Express Energy Services.

Exterran Corp. has appointed Ray
Carney vice president and chief accounting officer.
Carney brings to Exterran 27 years
of accounting experience, most recently
at Dresser-Rand Group Inc., where the
positions he held include stints as vice
president, controller and chief accounting
officer. Before that, Carney spent six
years with Alcoa, where he most recently
served as the group controller for global
rolled products, hard alloy extrusions,
and Asia. He began his career at Ernst
& Young, where he held a variety of
positions during a 13-year tenure. ❒
Hoover Container Solutions has appointed Scott Meints vice president of
service operations, and Adolfo Aguilera
vice president of manufacturing.
In his new position, Meints will be responsible for growing Hoover's servicerelated offerings in the global market, in
addition to driving product development
and innovation. Meints, who has been
with Hoover since 1992, has served in
various management positions.
Aguilera will be responsible for managing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including safety, production
quality assurance and maintenance. He
joins Hoover with 18 years' manufacturing experience, most recently serving
as the director of manufacturing at TAS
Energy Inc.

Newpark Resources Inc. has appointed
Matthew Lanigan corporate vice president and president of its mats and integrated services business. Lanigan has 20
years of global experience, with much of
it in various positions within General
Electric's plastics and capital divisions,
including leadership roles in operations,
sales and marketing.
Lanigan began his career at ExxonMobil in Australia, working as a drilling
and completions engineer, and as an offshore production engineer.
