Energy Navigator has appointed Rod
Sidle as industry adviser, reserves management. In his new position, he will
consult on product development for the
company's cross-functional Val Nav®
software system, and also will be available
to Energy Navigator clients for consultations and advice.
Sidle is an independent consultant,
whose 35 years' oil and gas industry experience includes numerous engineering
and management positions with Royal
Dutch Shell, Shell Oil Company (USA),
and its subsidiaries. After Shell, he worked
as director of reserves for Occidental
Oil and Gas Corp., reserves manager for
Sheridan Production Company LLC, and
lecturer in petroleum project evaluation
at Texas A&M University.

TIMOTHY L.
DOVE

Under a transition plan approved by
the company's board of directors, Pioneer
Natural Resources Company President
and Chief Operating Officer Timothy
L. Dove will succeed the retiring Scott
D. Sheffield as president and chief executive officer on Dec. 31.
Dove has more than 30 years of oil
and gas experience. He joined Pioneer
predecessor Parker & Parsley Petroleum
Company in 1994 as vice president of
business development and was promoted
to senior vice president in 1996, where
he served until Pioneer's 1997 formation.
At Pioneer, his past positions include

Reece Roberts has joined NCS Multistage LLC as business development
manager for the Permian Basin, where
he will work out of the company's Midland offices. Before joining NCS, Roberts
was in technical sales with Packers Plus
Energy Services, and served as region
project manager at Weatherford International.

Rangeford Resources Inc. has appointed Thomas E. Lindholm as chief
executive officer.
Lindholm's 33 years of experience
as a senior corporate executive and investment and merchant banker includes
working as executive vice president of
Radiant Oil & Gas Inc., and as a consultant to several other oil and gas companies. He also has served as managing
director of Victory Partners LLC, executive vice president of KBK Capital
Corporation, and senior vice president
of Bank One, NA.

Cobalt International Energy Inc. has
appointed Timothy J. Cutt as chief executive officer and named him a class I
member of its board of directors.
Cutt has 30 years of oil and gas experience, most recently as president of
petroleum at BHP Billiton Ltd., where
he led its global oil and gas business.
He joined BHP Billiton in 2007 as president of the production division in the
petroleum business, where he was responsible for operations in the United
Kingdom, Pakistan, Trinidad and Tobago,
Algeria, Australia, and the United States.
Before joining BHP Billiton, Cutt
spent 25 years in engineering, operations
and senior management positions with

Mobil Oil Corp. and ExxonMobil, including 10 years supporting exploration
and production activities in the Gulf of
Mexico.

Forum Energy Technologies Inc. has
promoted Prady Iyyanki to president
and chief operating officer.
Most recently, Iyyanki served as the
company's executive vice president and
chief operating officer. Before joining Forum, he spent 17 years with General Electric, managing various manufacturing businesses with global responsibilities.

RigNet Inc., a provider of digital
technology solutions, has named Steven
E. Pickett its chief executive officer
and president. He will be based in
Houston.
Pickett previously served as chief executive officer and president of 21st
Century Towers. He served as chief executive officer of WesTower Communications from 2013 to 2015, and as chief
executive officer and president of Telmar
Network Technology for five years before
that. Pickett has been a board member
at QuEST Forum since 2010, where he
serves as chairman emeritus.

BRIANNE K.
KURDOCK

Brianne K. Kurdock has joined
Babst Calland as a shareholder in its
energy and natural resources group, and
is the newest member of its pipeline
and hazardous materials safety practice
in Washington.
Kurdock comes to Babst Calland
from the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, where she served as
primary regulatory attorney. Previously,
she has worked at the U.S. Department
of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration,
in private practice, and as a law clerk in
the Superior Court of New Jersey. ❒
