manager.
Before joining PLIDCO®, Wilson
was instrumental in building successful

Group and Integrated Data Solutions.
He has 20 years of experience in various aspects of manufacturing.

CAP Energy, a Rockies-focused independent that is in the evaluation and
acquisition phase, has named Randy
Yeager president.
Yeager has 35 years of experience,
most recently as Rocky Mountains vice
president for Halliburton, where he
started as a field engineer. In 2000, Yeager left to form Badger Daylighting
Rocky Mountain and the subsidiary company, M&D Rental Services, which was
sold to Select Energy Services in 2004,
after which he returned to Halliburton.❒
Extraction Oil & Gas Inc., an independent focused on the Wattenberg Field
in the Denver-Julesburg Basin, has named
Eric S. Jacobsen senior vice president
of operations.
Jacobsen joins Extraction from Noble
Energy Inc., where he served in various
senior operations leadership positons,
most recently director of planning and
development for Noble's DJ Basin business. While at Noble in 2011-16, he was
part of the team that began large-scale
horizontal development drilling in the
prolific Codell and Niobrara plays. He
has 23 years of oil and gas experience,
including an eight-year international operations career at BP in offshore Baku,
Azerbaijan, and onshore Algeria.

Sanchez Energy Corp. has appointed
Howard Thill executive vice president

and chief financial officer.
Thill previously was senior vice president of communications and investor relations at Devon Energy, and before that
was vice president of corporate, government and investor relations at Marathon
Oil Corp. He began his career with
Phillips Petroleum Co. in 1982 as a
drilling fluids engineer.

Deloitte has appointed John England,
a vice chairman of Deloitte LLP, to lead
its energy and resources industry practice
in the United States.
England most recently served as the
company's vice chairman and its U.S.
and Americas oil and gas sector leader, a
role he will maintain. He has 27 years of
experience helping energy companies
solve complex challenges.
England frequently is featured at conferences and cited by media on energy
issues and trends, as well as energy trading and risk management. He serves on
the National Petroleum Council.

provider of wireless networking solutions,
has named Kirk Byles vice president of
North America sales.
Byles is a seasoned sales executive
with a track record of building and growing sales channels across global markets
in the technology sector. With a strong
technical background in wireless broadband and cyber security, he has developed
and executed successful sales growth
strategies for Fortune 100 companies and
startups.

EQT Corporation has selected Steven
T. Schlotterbeck, its president, to succeed
David L. Porges as chief executive officer
when Porges retires from that position in
the first quarter of 2017. Porges will remain
chairman of EQT's board of directors for
one year following his retirement as CEO.

In addition, Schlotterbeck will become
CEO of EQT Midstream Partners LP
and EQT GP Holdings LP on Porges'
retirement.
Schlotterbeck joined EQT in 2000,
holding various engineering and management positions until 2008, when he
was promoted to the positions of vice
president of EQT and president of production. Since then, he has taken roles
with increasing responsibility, including
senior vice president of EQT and president
of exploration and production in 2010,
and executive vice president in 2013. He
became president in 2015.

West Texas Resources Inc. has named
William A. Sawyer president, chief executive officer, and member of the board
of directors.
Sawyer was a founder, president,
CEO, and member of the board of directors at Lucas Energy Inc. He has 39
years of experience in the oil and gas
business as a business leader, petroleum
engineer, and operations manager.
Sawyer replaces J.D. Kerr, who will
continue to serve as the company's chief
financial officer.

RACHAL

Oilfield Helping Hands, a volunteerrun charity that helps oil field workers
in financial crisis, has appointed Gregory Rachal president. He will work
to maximize the amount of money
available for distribution to families.
Rachal has extensive experience in
drilling fluids, previously holding positions with M-I SWACO and Halliburton in sales, product line and account
management, operations, and project
management across the United States.
He also has worked with major and independent operators in the Houston and
New Orleans markets.
