SCRATCH SANDWICH COUNTER
Chef Tim Kilcoyne parlayed his truck into
a full-service gathering spot in the Annex
food hall at The Collection at RiverPark. Fuel
up on the crave-worthy burger or go lighter
with a chopped salad before finishing things
off with s'mores or salted caramel apple pie.
"The proximity to the beach, Channel Islands
and to the mountains makes for a great area
to visit and stay," he says. Kilcoyne is also
