Eric Cliff has joined

Northeast District
service manager,
Cliff
providing product support to Hyundai dealers throughout the region.
Prior to joining Hyundai, Cliff
worked as a dealer shop-field service technician for several mining
operations and construction equipment dealerships in New Jersey,
gaining experience and insight into
equipment operations, service and
warranty systems. He is a member
of the Equipment Managers Council
of America, and a Certified Equipment Maintenance Manager.

Brian Broussard,
P.E., joined the
planning, engineering and program
management firm
Lockwood, Andrews
Broussard
& Newnam Inc.
(LAN), in Houston,
as its regional
water resources
manager. In this
role, he serves as
a technical advisor
Robertson
for LAN's water and
wastewater practice,
assists with project
pursuits, directs
and coordinates
production and
operations, provides
quality assurance,

and mentors the
firm's engineers.
Broussard has more
than 32 years of
experience in wastewater treatment and
collection systems;
and water pumping

stations, water wells
and pipelines for municipal clients.

Thomas, P.E., was promoted to
office infrastructure leader and
regional manager in San Antonio,
TX, responsible for expanding

wastewater and
drainage services.
Since joining LAN in
1978, Thomas has
served numerous
public sector clients

as project and program manager for
large infrastructure
projects, including
water supply and
distribution systems,
wastewater collection and treatment,

and pump stations.
In conjunction with expansion of
its infrastructure services in California, LAN has made four additions.
M. Cenk Yavas, P.E., D.WRE, is vice
president and water resources team
leader; Frederick Wickman, P.E., is
senior project manager; Mark Vargas is senior project coordinator;
and Brian Robertson, P.E., is project
engineer. The team brings more
than 75 years of combined experience in planning and designing
infrastructure projects throughout
California.

their expertise will allow us to better

provide solutions that benefit the

At BJM Pumps,
Joseph Ho was
promoted to service
manager. With more
than a decade of

is well-equipped to
meet distributors'
and end-users'
needs by solving
application challenges and driving
corrective action,

The company has also
expanded its warehouse team.

Randy Gonzalez,
warehouse technician, is responsible for inventory
management, and
coordinating with
Rodriguez-Miller the shipping and
production departments on orders. He brings previous experience in auto mechanics
and small-engine repair.
Cameron Rodriguez-Miller
joined the warehouse team as production technician. He is a graduate
of the Porter & Chester Technical
School in Branford, CT.

services. It offers a complete line

Mark Hinton, P.E.,
has joined RJN
Group Inc., a consulting engineering
and specialty field
Hinton
services firm, as senior project manager, focused on Texas
and Arkansas. He
brings more than 30
years of experience
as a design engineer
for municipal and

state-agency clients,
which includes
SSES, CSO, water,
wastewater and
roadway projects.

client services
managers. Jason Maldonado, CFM,
supports delivery of collection,
conveyance and distribution system
engineering solutions, primarily in
central and southeast Texas. For the
last 21 years, he has been a trusted
advisor in the Texas water quality
market and a catalyst for clients'

innovative solutions.
New Client Services Manager
Paul Thibaudeau focuses on
building business relationships with
communities and utilities in northern Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
His background includes expertise
in civil engineering, knowledge
of construction materials, and
experience delivering maintenance
and construction solutions for state
agencies, local municipalities and
design firms. Most recently, he
managed projects in the underground industry throughout Illinois
and Wisconsin.

Randy Schmidt was
named managing
director of the Burns
& McDonnell terminals and pipelines
group, replacing Ted

Born, retired.
Based in Houston, Schmidt
leads a nationwide group of
140 engineering, procurement
and construction professionals
engaged on several large-volume
storage and transportation projects
for a range of petroleum-based
products. He has 24 years of
professional experience, including
14 years with Burns & McDonnell,
in leading multi-discipline teams on
all phases of large-scale facilities
improvements.

named senior vice
president-tunnels
at COWI North
Kramer
America, a leading
consulting group with competencies in all principle fields of engineering, environmental science and
