A ceremony recognizing this accomplishment took place on April 21, 2011. The final structure, as well as the landscaping, used all possible strategies to reach this level. Natural light and air circulation reduce energy costs, while the low-maintenance landscaping relies on native plants for cost-effective maintenance.
