The Army intends these facilities to provide the best accommodations possible in gratitude for soldiers’ service and sacrifice. The barracks incorporates special features to accommodate soldiers suffering from burns, behavioral health disorders, traumatic brain injuries, loss of limbs and visual or hearing impairment.
