PARTNERS AND SUPPORTERS Partners in Management Growth In 2012, GAMA debuted a new level for the PMG program: Platinum. It is reserved for companies that contribute at least 50 percent of their members’ dues and have committed 50 percent of their field training to be conducted by or with GAMA programming and products. In addition, this level supports all facets of GAMA: awards subsidization, LAMP attendance, company sponsorship, and industry support. Transamerica Agency Network became GAMA’s first Platinum-level PMG. Long-term partners Bankers Life and Casualty Company and Trivent Financial for Lutherans moved to the Silver level, subsidizing 50 percent of their field managers’ membership dues. Te PMG program provides an opportunity for companies involved in the distribution of insurance, investment, and financial services to partner with GAMA and be aggressive in meeting the professional development needs of their field leaders. Following are GAMA International’s PMG companies for fiscal year 2012: P LATINUM Tese companies contribute at least 50 percent of their field managers’ GAMA International membership enrollment fee and have committed 50 percent of their field training to be conducted using GAMA programs and products.
