EAT: Meals are included at the resort! PLAY: The beach, diving, picnicking on a private island (yum!). SEE: Diving sites founded by the resort’s worldfamous namesake, kava ceremonies. ITALY Explanation is kind of a moot point. Italians are beautiful and generous, their country is a museum, the food is divine, and fiction’s most romantic couple, Romeo and Juliet, fell in love there. Plus, you will need every bit of two weeks to do this country even a small modicum of justice. GET: A comfortable rental car to keep perpetually on the road. EAT: Every place possible.
