Resorts like Heavenly in South Tahoe, The Resort at Squaw Valley or Kirkwood just outside the lake area come ready with stunning outdoor vistas for exchanging vows, firstclass rooms and dining options, not to mention a list of experience vendors at your service. There are plenty of singular, unique places to keep in mind as well. Established in 1925, the Tahoe Yacht Club provides a historic setting with panoramic Sierra Nevada views and a shore side location. Wine lovers might consider the Picchetti Winery, which recently opened in South Lake Tahoe. Couples with a wild streak should look no further than the pleasures of Nevada’s South Tahoe casino scene.
