ISA International Sign Expo has been instrumental in
helping the company determine next steps, thanks to its
networking, trade show and education.

The educational events provide insight into how she can
develop as a leader and how she can help push NW
Custom Signs & Graphics forward. One nugget from last
year: One of the speakers urged attendees to keep the
focus on "what you want, not what you don't." And that,
Brearley said, is an idea that has returned to her many
times throughout the last year.

"I can connect with people in the same industry and
learn what their shops are doing," Brearley said. "Our
company wants to learn more about systems, growth
and development. The show floor also helps to provide
us information on new technology and signage trends."

ISA International Sign Expo 2017 will again provide a
time to refocus on those goals, she said. Every second at
the event can be educational.
