If you only think of deepdish, stuffed, heavy pizza

no doubt. But in the Windy

locals.

In this day and age of
assembly-line pastas,
hand-made ravioli are
a perfect fit. They can
distinguish you from your
corporate competitors and
give you that marketing
edge every independent
needs.

Via 313 is poised to crush
into the Top 10 in the Hot
100 Independents list
this year. The pizzeria has
been on my wish list to
visit for a while and it did
not disappoint. Zane and
Brandon Hunt have an
incredible story on how
they brought Detroit pizza
to Austin, Texas.

Offering free Wi-Fi sounds
like an invitation to let
people camp out at tables
and use the pizzeria
as their inexpensive
workspaces. It turns
out that Wi-Fi can help
establishments gain
customer data that can
help encourage repeat
visits and increase
customer loyalty.
