is people are going to make mistakes. It's
only human. As many SOPs as you want to
write, as much documentation, people are
going to make errors. I had to incentivize
my guys. I had a 790 piece all over front
and back print. Does anybody do all over
printing in here? Know that if you screw
up one shirt it's basically the print, top
print, bottom print, and the T-shirt, so
seven bucks, eight bucks, $10 goes down
the drain.
When you start looking over and
you see this pile and you got two, three
people managing a machine, as the
owner, you start to really think how
much are they caring about it. I actually
had to incentivize them financially by
how many shirts were sitting in that pile
at the end of the day. With sublimation
you'll find that within the error process
there, the cleaner the shop, like Charlie's
saying, the more you can control and
train your people and just have them on
top of seeing those errors. It's so crucial,
especially with the cost of products

an L*A*B* values on color for QC in shops
