Ricoh to Acquire AnaJet
Ricoh Company, Ltd. today announced that the company has
reached an agreement to buy AnaJetthe leader in direct-togarment (DTG) printing. This acquisition is the latest strategic
investment by Ricoh to strengthen its industrial inkjet business
while enabling its customers to move forward new ideas and
drive imaginative thinking. Located in the U.S., AnaJet will
become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Printing Systems
America, Inc.
Ricoh's experience has focused on office and commercial print
technologies. The addition of the AnaJet portfolio will help
Ricoh further its position in the industrial inkjet market, a market where Ricoh maintains global leadership in inkjet printhead
development. With AnaJet's solutions combined with the broad
Ricoh portfolio, customers will now have the ability to more
effectively deliver a broader solution set to their end users.
AnaJet will continue to operate under its current name, management team and capabilities, which currently include more
than 50 employees and is headquartered in Costa Mesa,
California.

T-Biz Network Announce 2016 Spring and Summer Boot
Camp Workshop Schedule
Scott and Mike Fresener have announced the 2016 spring
and summer dates for their Printer's Boot Camp to be held in
Bowling Green, Kentucky. Due to demand they have added a
number of new classes and attendees can take one class or
multiple classes back-to-back. The classes are held at their new
training center in Bowling Green.

Visual Impressions Opens New Location in St. Louis
Nationally acclaimed Milwaukee, Wisconsin based contract
apparel decorator Visual Impressions has opened a new screen
printing production facility in St. Louis as of February 2, 2016.
The move expects to help Visual Impressions customers with
more one-day ground shipping and have better reach into
newer markets.
Owner Jay Berman says, "One of our key production managers, Kyle Petersen, had to move to St. Louis for a family-based
opportunity. He is so well thought of that we basically built a
shop around him."
Because of advances in technology, all of the art, purchasing,
HR and other day to day administrative functions will be handled through the Milwaukee office. "It's really the best of both
worlds. We get the reach of having two facilities in different
states, but a lot of the oversight with the orders happens with
our main personnel we already have on staff," says Berman.
