Each year, the office of Career Services surveys a
graduating class 6 months-1year after graduation to
determine job placement. Blow are employment and
internship statistics for class of 2016.
Career Services Mission Statement
The mission of the Career Center is to educate and to serve the students
and graduates of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in the
career education, planning, and developmental processes. In support
of the mission of the college, the Career Center functions as a vital
component in the total educational experience of students, primarily
in the development, evaluation, initiation, and implementation of
career plans and opportunities. Career Center services and resources
provide assistance to students in the cultivation and enhancement of
skills to master job search techniques and strategies, and research
employment opportunities. The Career Center provides effective
and efficient service to employers in recruitment pro-grams and
activities. As the demand for skilled technical workers continues
to exceed the number of students Thaddeus Stevens College of
Technology graduates each year, the potential for career success for
our students is limitless!

Students & Alumni
Students who are pursuing a degree from Thaddeus Stevens College
of Technology are provided access to all services and resources of
the Career Center on a fair and equitable basis. Alumni of Thaddeus
Stevens College of Technology may also utilize the services and
resources. Services are provided at no charge. All student/alumni
records are handled with confidentiality and in accordance with the
requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

98% of all graduates at TSCT are employed
full-time or continuing their education on a
full-time basis (92% directly in field).
The following programs had 90-100% of
graduates employed full-time in Major or
continuing education:
AUTO, CNSA, EET, ELEC, ELME, HVAC,
MACH, MASN, PLBG, WET & COEL.
6% of all graduates continued their
education to a 4-year college on a full-time
basis
Reported 1st year median annual salary for
the class of 2016: $37,500($18.03/hour)
More than 250 students participated in
internship work experiences summer of
2017.
100% were paid at a median Intern hourly
rate of $13.19
97% of students from the class of 2017 who
interned during college had full-time job
offer prior to graduation!
