There are wide beaches and natural dunes, a
historic downtown plaza with a great art museum, the Carnegie Art Museum. Add in fantastic
Mexican food throughout the city, live music
and fun festivals including the muy caliente annual Salsa Festival and the Oxnard Jazz Festival
on the beach. There's something for everyone.
Shopaholics can even shop till they drop at The
Collection - with its ranges of eateries and a
movie complex. Oxnard dull? Not in the least!
