Or it could prove a daunting task for the operator who has no training or just hand-me-down training. Hand-me-down training comes from an operator who was trained and then trained his replacement who in turn trained his replacement and so on. Each time the training is repeated, more information was left out from their training for several reasons. The operator either had little time to transfer the information to the trainee, they simply forgot part of the process or they might have never fully understood the parameters when they were trained. Either way, each time the information is passed down, more and more of it is excluded.
