Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has promoted Darrell Hollek, formerly executive vice president of U.S. onshore
exploration and production, to executive vice president of operations with
responsibility for U.S. onshore exploration, production and midstream activities, along with Gulf of Mexico and
international operations.
Since joining Anadarko as a field
engineer in 1980, Hollek has held positions of increasing responsibility
overseeing global deepwater drilling;
international, Gulf of Mexico and U.S.
onshore exploration and production;
and environmental, health, safety and
regulatory compliance.
Anadarko also has named Ernie
Leyendecker, former senior vice president of international exploration, to
serve as executive vice president of international and deepwater exploration.
Leyendecker has 30 years of industry
experience and joined Anadarko in
2002. His previous positions include
general manager for worldwide exploration engineering, planning and international negotiations; vice president of
corporate planning; and senior vice president of Gulf of Mexico exploration. ❒
Girish Saligram has joined Exterran
as president of global services. Saligram
has been with GE for the past 20 years,
most recently as general manager of
downstream products and services for
GE Oil & Gas, based in Houston. Before
that, he led the GE Oil & Gas contractual
services business based in Florence, Italy.
Exterran's global services group was
led by Steven Muck, who has been
appointed senior vice president of a
new organization created to combine
the company's global engineering and
product line management.

Gas Technology Institute has appointed James Seaba senior director of
technology development.
From novel hydrogen production
technology for fuel cells to techniques for
reducing greenhouse gases in oil sands
production, Seaba has gained expertise
across a broad technology spectrum during his 30-year career. He comes to GTI
after serving as a consultant for major oil
companies, major automotive companies
and suppliers, and venture capital firms.
Before that, he spent 13 years leading research groups at ConocoPhillips.

NOSSA

Daniel Nossa has joined Steptoe &
Johnson's office in The Woodlands, Tx.
His practice will focus on business as
well as corporate and transactional law.
Nossa has advised entities in several industries, including exploration and production companies, banks, funds, commodity
trading companies, retail electric providers,
pension plans, and endowments. He has
expertise in mergers and acquisitions,
credit facilities, derivatives, and commodity trading, as well as the Commodity Exchange Act and Dodd-Frank compliance.❒
