Alan Howe is a native of
Detroit, Michigan with
29 years of industry
experience. He entered
the industry in 1987
as an equipment
manufacturer and has since held technicalsales and management positions with wellknown companies including Jay Products
and Easiway Systems. Alan resides in
Columbiaville, Michigan and is a Technical
Sales Representative for SAATI CHEM., a
division of SAATI Americas. As a seminar
speaker and with many articles published, he
is a familiar face at trade shows and industry
events. Alan has also traveled the world as a
short-term missionary and still is involved in
humanitarian efforts locally, domestically and
worldwide.

Greg Kitson founded
Mind's Eye Graphics Inc.
in 1980 and began the
business as a back room
operation of a small town
family shoe store where
he had been using heat applied textile graphics
since 1974 at the age of 17. By 1984, the oneman screen printing operation had replaced
the shoe store and hired its first employee.
Since then Mind's Eye Graphics has grown to
provide custom & contract screen printing to
decorated apparel professionals around the
world. Kitson and Mind's Eye Graphics offer
industry specific PROScreen technical training
& PROFITcycle business consulting at their
22,000-sq. ft. Indiana production facility as
well as at client locations. This 43-year industry
veteran has been a regular contributor to
industry publications and seminar presentations
since 1990.

experience. Mr. Lamb
has extensive knowledge in many facets of
digital decorating and embellishing including
business startup, applications, techniques,
marketing, sales, mobile, production and
management. He has owned and operated
a successful production facility, started a
retail franchise operation and has provided
production solutions to a variety of Fortune
500 corporations involved in customization,
decoration and embellishment. His articles
appear regularly in various industry
magazines in the United States and Europe.
In addition, Mr. Lamb is a frequent speaker at
industry events and trade shows domestically
and internationally. He is presently ranked
as #16 on the list of the most influential
people in the decorated products industry,
by Stitches/ASI. Currently he works with
Sawgrass Technologies as the Manager of
Communication and Education where he
has been instrumental in developing their
educational seminars and webinars.

Craig Mertens is the
President and CEO of
Digital Art Solutions.
Craig co-founded Digital
Art Solutions to provide
products and services
to companies in the apparel decoration, sign
making, awards and promotional products
industries. Craig's approach to building a
profitable business is based on a concept
called ASSET. (A)rtwork + (S)oftware +
(S)upport +(E)quipment + (T)raining =
Success. With 30 years of industry experience,
Craig has been teaching electronic art
production and marketing for the past 15
years. Craig is the inventor of the process
of creating rhinestone heat transfers and
rhinestone decals with a vinyl cutter.

Aaron Montgomery has
been involved with the
garment decorating
and personalization
industry since 2000
and the digital printing
industry before that. He
is very actively involved in the industry trade
shows and very dedicated to helping small
businesses grow and succeed. Aaron is
available to speak or write on topics including
marketing, social media, the personalization
market, and garment decorating techniques.
He enjoys his current role as Director of Sales
and Marketing for Coastal Business Supplies,
Inc., and is excited about the future of the
personalization market. He looks forward to
developing new training techniques, bringing
great products and superior customer service
to customers and being a partner in the
success of the many businesses served.

Bob Robinson
Education Specialist,

Bob Robinson's
knowledge of production
and business-to-business
sales experience
brings a benefi t to
customers seeking
technical information, decorating techniques
and product information for both apparel
decoration and the sign industry. His
production experience ranges from small
custom orders to high-volume garment
decorating by means of embroidery, cutting
and heat seal applications. As a Sales and
Education Specialist for STAHLS' Equipment
Group, his first priority is to support customers
who are expanding their present businesses
and help new customers succeed in entering
the wearable and non-wearable graphics
industry. Due to his experience on both
sides of the garment decorating and sign
business, his seminars naturally provide
valuable information for those seeking advice
to improve their business and production
methods, particularly with heat-applied
graphics and apparel decorators who are
thinking of crossing over to sign graphics.
