GENERAL information
RULES & REGULATIONS
Event Restrictions
* Due to safety and insurance purposes, no infants or children
under the age of 16 will be permitted on the Expo Floor or
in Workshops or Conference Sessions. Proof of age will be
required. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. *Please note
Emerald Expositions reserves the right to accept, reject or
prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any
time for any reason.
* No rolling luggage, carts or package carriers allowed that
do not meet airline carry-on requirements.
* No cameras or video recorders allowed in the Exhibit Hall or
in Workshops or Conference Seminar sessions. Violators will
be prosecuted.
* No message paging.

Notice to Buyers

Show Office
The ISS Fort Worth Show Office is located in room 103A.

Food Service
Concession stands are located throughout the Exhibit Hall.

Business Center
There is no Business Center on property. FedEx is located within
walking distance. The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is located at
901 Houston Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Phone: (817) 348-8899.

Lost & Found
Turn in or pick up lost items at the ISS Fort Worth Show Office,
located in room 103A.

First Aid
First Aid is located inside Hall C in the Fort Worth Convention Center.

Wheelchair & Scooter Rental
Wheelchair or scooter rental is not available at the Fort Worth
Convention Center. Please make prior arrangements. Please

Seminar Audio Recordings
All Sessions were recorded during our ISS Long Beach show
earlier this year. During or after the show, audio recordings for
all Conference Sessions are available for purchase through The
Source of Knowledge, Inc. For on-site purchases, please see
your room monitor for more details and order forms. You may
also purchase these recordings after the show at: The Source of

ISS Fort Worth 2017 is a wholesale trade show. Exhibitors
are not allowed to sell individual samples of their products on the
Exhibit Floor. Buyers and Exhibitors will be subject to local and state
taxes and other ordinances governing retail sales if items are sold
during the ISS Fort Worth 2017 show. Sample merchandise should
be ordered from Exhibitors and shipped to your place of business.

Solicitations
Unauthorized sales and solicitations on show premises are strictly
prohibited. Please report violations to ISS Fort Worth 2017 Show
Management.

Badges
Badges allow admissions into the Exhibit Hall for the duration
of the show. No one is permitted into the Exhibit Hall without
a badge. Infants and children under 16 will not be admitted.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Proof of age is required.

Photography
ISS prohibits sketching, video or photography of products and/
or booths. Cameras are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall. Violators
will be subject to prosecution.

Impressions Awards competition. Winners from several screen printing,
digital, and embroidery categories will be showcased in this must-see
display. The Awards Gallery is located in the Impressions booth #246.

Stop by the Impressions booth #246 to pick up an issue of
Impressions and find out how to subscribe online for a FREE
subscription. While there, check out the best in garment decorating
at our Impressions Awards 2017 Winner's Gallery. This annual
competition features entries from all of the garment embellishing
