Prior to Diamond Resorts, Mike held executive roles with Starwood
Vacation Ownership and Fairfield Resorts (now Wyndham
Destinations).
James Mikolaichik, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mikolaichik has served as Diamond Resorts International's
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October
2018. Mr. Mikolaichik brings with him more than 25 years of global
financial and strategic planning experience. Most recently Mr.
Mikolaichik served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Hilton Grand Vacations. Previously, Mr. Mikolaichik
served in multiple roles at Manning & Napier Inc., an independent
investment management firm, from 2011 through 2016. As
chairman and president of Manning & Napier Fund Inc., from 2015
through 2016, Mr. Mikolaichik was responsible for all aspects of the
mutual fund company. Additionally, from 2011 through 2015, he
served as Chief Financial Officer of Manning & Napier Inc., where he
was responsible for all aspects of strategic and financial planning,
monitoring performance metrics, financial reporting, internal audit,
tax, corporate development and investor relations. In addition, Mr.
Mikolaichik served as Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy
of Old Mutual Asset Management from 2008 through 2011, and
as its Chief Risk Officer from 2004 through 2008. Mr. Mikolaichik
served in various capacities at Deloitte & Touche LLP, providing
consulting, financial advisory, auditing and accounting services
from 1993 through 2004. Mr. Mikolaichik earned a Bachelor's
degree from Susquehanna University in 1993, and a Master's of
Business Administration from Columbia University in 2001.

Mike Flaskey has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience
in public and privately-held companies, with a key focus on growthoriented companies within the vacation ownership industry. Prior
to becoming Diamond's CEO, Mike held the position of Chief
Operations Officer from November 2016 to March 2017, of EVP and
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer from 2014 to 2016, and of EVP of
Sales and Marketing, North America from 2010 to 2014. Throughout
his tenure, Diamond Resorts has achieved unprecedented growth
both organically and through strategic acquisition integration.
Mike has developed strategic partnerships and relationships with
numerous sporting and entertainment professionals that have
resulted in the creation and growth of our innovative Events of
a Lifetime® franchise, the Diamond Concert SeriesTM, and The
Diamond Resorts Tournament of ChampionsTM, a network-televised,
international professional/celebrity golf tournament officially
sanctioned by the LPGA. The tournament, previously known as the
Diamond Resorts Invitational, has a strong philanthropic arm and -
to date - has raised over $3.5 million in charitable donations.
