1 2 3 1. Standing Medicine Ball Front Raise While standing with good posture, hold a five pound medicine ball straight down in front of you. With straight arms and your feet flat, slowly raise the medicine ball all the way over the top of your head, centered over your spine. While you are doing this movement, also slowly rise up to balance on the balls of your feet. Pause for one second and return to starting position. Control the momentum. For maximum results, the movement should be slow and steady. 3. Side Plank Shoulder Raise Place your left elbow on the floor, stacked ➟➟ SHAPELY ARMS 2 directly under your left shoulder, and extend your legs sideways you’re your right foot stacked on top of your left foot. Create a nice straight line with your body from head to heels while keeping your core engaged. While holding a five pound dumbbell in your right hand, slowly extend your arm along your hip, lift your right arm to shoulder height and slowly lower to starting position.
