With springs set on either side of the two sliding hand grips, users press inward OR outward, activating more muscles and creating more resistance with every rep. As you lower into the push-up, squeeze out against the springs, pause at the bottom and then drive hands towards center squeezing the other set of springs inward and really activating the chest! Hold for a full second and then head back to the shoulder press and repeat on other leg/side.
