STROMQUIST

Robert Nipper, chief executive officer of NCS Multistage, has been
named executive chairman of the board.
He is succeeded as CEO by Marty
Stromquist, who served as chief operating officer before being named chief
technology officer in 2015.
A co-founder of NCS, Nipper has
25 years of industry experience and
has invented several patented technologies relating to downhole oil and gas
and geothermal service equipment. Before starting NCS, Nipper spent 18
years with Tri-State Oil Tools and Baker
Hughes.
Also an NCS co-founder, Stromquist
has worked 35 years in oil and gas industry technical and management positions for both service companies and
producers. He co-founded Cemblend
Systems Inc. and Frac Source Inc., and
served in positions at Pioneer Natural
Resources USA Inc. and Halliburton
Energy Services Canada.

The Texas Alliance of Energy Producers has appointed John James Tintera executive vice president of
government relations, Gloria Leal general counsel, Bill Stevens chief lobbyist
and James M. Wortham director of
membership services for North Texas.
Tintera, Leal and Stevens are based in
Austin. Wortham is based in Fort
Worth.
Tintera has been a consultant with
the Alliance since 2012. As a retired executive director and 22-year veteran of
the Texas Railroad Commission, he has
overseen the entire regulatory process,
from drilling permits to compliance inspections, oil spill response, pollution
remediation and pipeline transportation.
Leal has been a consultant to the Al-

liance since 2006. Previously, she served
as general counsel for the Texas Department of Insurance.
Stevens has been a government relations specialist with the Alliance since it
was formed in 2000.
Wortham's oil and gas career spans
more than three decades and includes
time with Mitchell Energy, Devon Gas
Services, Crosstex Energy Services, BFX
Midstream and Marabou Midstream
Services. He is a longtime Alliance member and has served on its Board of Directors.

American Gilsonite Company Inc. has
appointed David G. Gallagher president
and chief executive officer.
Gallagher has three decades' oil and
gas experience in positions with Schlumberger, CARBO Ceramics and Baker
Hughes in engineering, operations, product development and executive management. He joined AGC in 2013 as senior
vice president of commercial operations.

Devon Energy Corp. has promoted
Tony Vaughn from executive vice president of exploration and production to
chief operating officer and Tana Cashion
from vice president of human resources
to senior vice president of human resources. In addition, Sue Alberti, senior
vice president of marketing, will assume
responsibility for the supply chain and
evaluation and planning organizations.
Before joining Devon in 1999, Vaughn
spent 12 years with Kerr-McGee Corp.
and, prior to that, worked as an operations engineer for Amoco Production Co.
He holds a B.S. in petroleum engineering
from the University of Tulsa and a B.S.
in business management from Oral
Roberts University. He serves on the
Board of Directors of EnLink Midstream
Partners LP.
Cashion began her career with Devon
in 2005, and was promoted to vice president of human resources in 2010. During
her more than two decades in human resources, she has worked in oil and gas,
retail and wholesale. She has a B.A. in
political science from Pepperdine University and an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
Alberti joined Devon in 2008 and was

named senior vice president of marketing in January 2012. Before that, she
served as vice president of compensation and benefits. Before joining
Devon, Alberti worked at Texas Instruments and Atlantic Richfield Co. She
holds a B.S. in chemical engineering
from the University of Michigan and
an M.B.A. from the University of
Chicago.

Mid-Con Energy Partners LP has
appointed Charles "Chad" L.
McLawhorn III vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of
Mid-Con Energy GP LLC.
McLawhorn brings the partnership
13 years of experience as a practicing
attorney, having most recently served
as assistant general counsel and corporate secretary at Samson Resources
Corp. He has legal experience in corporate governance, finance and oil and
gas operational matters.

Drillinginfo has appointed Jeff
Hughes president and chief operating
officer.
Hughes joins Drillinginfo from
NCR, where he ran its largest software
as a service business unit, Digital Insight, and served as chief technology
officer for NCR Financial Services. He
began his SaaS career in 1995 by
founding CompleteSynergy.
