As the operator of more than 2,300
wells across 330,000 gross acres,
EagleRidge is a major player in North
Texas' 16-county Barnett Shale area,
U.S. Energy describes. According to the
company, the joint acquisition includes
plans to drill 12 new horizontal wells, as
well as:
· Net production of 12 million
cubic feet a day;
· Approximately 24,000 net acres
(99% held by production); and
· A commercial cryogenic gas
processing plant and associated
gathering system.
U.S. Energy says the companies also
have joint plans to recomplete several
vertical Barnett Shale wells by yearend.

Stakeholder Midstream
OKs Plan To Double
San Andres Facility
SAN ANTONIO-Stakeholder
Midstream LLC has announced a final
investment decision to install a second
treating and processing train at its Campo
Viejo facility, which it says will double
inlet gas capacity to approximately 160
million cubic feet a day.
According to Stakeholder, Campo
Viejo Train II will support continued
development of the Horizontal San
Andres in Yoakum County, Tx., Lea
County, N.M., and surrounding
counties. The train will include frontend
liquid handling, an amine treater, a
cryogenic processing plant, a nitrogen
rejection unit and additional
sequestration compression. In
anticipation of reaching FID,
Stakeholder says it has been ordering
long-lead equipment items since late
summer and that it plans to commission
Train II by January 2024.
In addition to adding incremental
treating and processing capacity,
installing and commissioning Train II
also will provide immediate, tangible
environmental benefits, the company
says. The additional capacity and
redundancies will further reduce
methane emissions and result in
additional volumes of carbon dioxide
being captured and permanently
sequestered in Stakeholder's Pozo
Acido well, which has received
approval from the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency for its monitoring,
reporting and verification plan.
