Outlook: With its goaltender - Barrow - and
five defensemen returning, Belmont Hill should
contend again for the ISL title and a spot in a New
England tourney field. Matthews (Yale) is regarded as
one of the top blueliners in the region and one of three
Ivy League commits, along with O'Neill (Princeton) and
Hesler (Dartmouth).

governor's Academy
Coach: Larry Cockrell
2014-15 record: 5-19-1
Outlook: The building continues at Gov's under
Cockrell, who is now in his second year. Red Dogs
finished at the bottom of the Keller Division last year
and will look to improve.

Players to watch: Liam O'Sullivan, sr., D; Jamie

F; Austin Magera, jr., F
Outlook: Replacing Mike Robinson in goal will be
a key point for the Spartans, now in their third season
with Barker at the helm. The addition of Magera (Sacred
Heart) should add some scoring punch. There's more experience this year, both up front and on defense, so if the
Spartans can stay healthy, they can take a step forward,
even if they're not quite ready to contend.

Milton Academy

Coach: Paul Cannata
2014-15 record: 12-14-2
Players to watch: Trevor Turnbull, sr., F; Andrew
Dumaresque, sr., F; Collin van der Veen, sr., D; Buddy
Mrowka, jr., D; Jack Bliss, jr., F; Ethan Domokos, jr., G;
Tyler Campbell, soph., F
Outlook: There were no playoffs for the Mustangs
last year, but with wins against Belmont Hill and
Kimball Union and a pair of ties against Thayer, they
showed they could skate with the top teams. Having
Turnbull healthy for a whole season will be a plus.
When he played last season he averaged almost two
points a game.

Outlook: Miles Wood has moved on to Boston
College, but a strong core of returning players has

coming off a 12-goal season. "Our offense should take
care of itself, but how well we play on the defensive
side of the puck and how smart we manage the puck
will be keys in determining how successful we will be,"
said Day.
