'I began my 12-month
graduate scheme in January
2015 as a graduate trainee in
business development, and have
now gained a permanent role as a Business
Development Assistant. Even though my
graduate scheme has now ﬁnished, I'm
still being given continuous support
and development opportunities from
a variety of courses and project work.'

'At school, I struggled
to just sit still and be
talked at all day.
I knew I wanted to do something more
practical, so I took a BTEC Level 2 in
engineering. After I was accepted onto
Baxi's Apprenticeship Programme,
I knew I'd made the right decision.
Every day is different and we get lots
of support from fully trained engineers.

chance to develop my personal skills by
arranging for me to take the Duke of
Edinburgh Bronze Award. For me, the

educational experience. Having graduated
from university in 2012, I was excited to be

Sadia, and was really pleased to see that

give opportunities to graduates outside of
