'My degree was a combination of
accounting and business systems and
in my holidays I secured some excellent
work experience at my local authority, in
the systems implementation team. That's
when I knew I would be happy in a ﬁnance
systems related career.'

Commitment and drive
'We have an excellent training team which
offers industry recognised courses,
ranging from technology to
management skills. I have
been on a few courses over
the years, including 'How
to be an outstanding
presenter' and the
Institute of Leadership
Management course.
As a team we have also
had multiple external
training courses organised
for us, including system
speciﬁc, advanced SQL and
PRINCE II courses.
'But it's not just all work. Norton Rose
Fulbright has a huge range of sports and
social clubs including football, rugby,
sailing, shooting, polo, netball, yoga,
basketball and, my favourite, softball.
'We also welcome new recommendations
from our colleagues - recently a dance
club was set up. Taking part in clubs is a
great way to meet new people.

in the seven years since I joined, and has
gone through a stage of growth globally,
which has created many fast paced projects

with various projects and I now lead a

'During my career I've been based in
London working across Europe, Middle
East and Asia. In my capacity as CMO
understanding the global business, our
clients and the markets they operate
in is essential. I travel frequently and
have visited numerous cities including
Amsterdam, Dubai, Frankfurt, Hamburg,
Hong Kong, Milan, Munich, New York,
Paris, Toronto, Singapore and Warsaw.
