Welcome to The American Well
Servicing Rig Directory, 2014 summer
edition, presented as a service of The
American Oil & Gas Reporter to meet
the needs of domestic oil and gas producers for a nationwide directory of
active well servicing rigs.
Information contained in this directory
has been arranged in alphabetical
sequence. Rigs are listed first by state
and county-either the yards in which the
respective rigs are headquartered, or by
their current areas of operation-and then
by company name. Rigs appear under
each company name in rig-number
sequence.
Abbreviated rig descriptions included in columns under the "Mast" heading
are SP for single pole rigs; DP for double poles; SD for single derricks; DD for

double derricks; DDD for double-double derricks; T for triple derricks; and
DT for double-triple derricks. Most SD
and DD descriptions in columns headed
"Make & Model" refer to single-drum
and double-drum units. Information in
"Power" columns indicates each rig's
rated horsepower for handling tubulars
during workover, servicing and completion operations. "Depth" columns report
operational depths to which each rig is
rated.
As has been done in preparing past
directories, every attempt has been made
to contact as many well servicing contractors as possible. The rig information
contained in this directory is provided by
the well servicing contractors who own
and operate the respective rigs. AOGR
does not independently verify the rig
information, but merely tabulates it as

received from the individual contractors.
For additional information about
available rigs and services, readers are
referred to the various advertisements
accompanying the listings.
We urge any well servicing contractor
serving the domestic oil and gas industry
whose rigs are not listed to notify AOGR
so that his rigs may be included in future
editions. Any contractor who notes an
error in his listing(s) also is invited to
contact the editors so that the information
can be corrected for future directories.
