SELBE

Anthony W. Selbe has joined Babst
Calland as an associate in the firm's
title and energy & natural resources
groups. He concentrates his practice in
oil, gas and mineral law, primarily in
shale gas development.
Previously, Selbe worked for Chambers Law Firm, a Houston-based firm,
where he performed title and mineral
examinations as well as completed due
diligence projects. He began his career
as an in-house counsel for an Oklahoma
City-based independent natural gas producer in the land and title departments.
He is admitted to practice in West Virginia as well as the U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Wilbanks Energy Logistics has hired
Kirk Foster as director of fleet logistics.
He will be responsible for planning,
executing and tracking all of Wilbanks'
projects in the Permian Basin, while
helping to develop the company's new
proprietary technology that employs algorithms to optimize scheduling efficiencies.
Prior to joining Wilbanks, Foster
was account manager of Science Applications International Corp.'s United
States Transportation Command. Before
that, he was program manager with
ManTech. Foster earned a master's in
strategic studies from the U.S. Navy
War College.

Gary E. Gould has been promoted
to senior vice president of operations
and resource development at Continental
Resources Inc. The company also is
expanding the role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Eric S. Eissenstat to include chief risk
officer.
Gould, who joined Continental in

2013, has served as vice president of resource development. He has 25 years of
experience with independent and major
oil and gas companies. Prior to joining
Continental, he worked for Chesapeake
Energy Corp. and Burlington Resources
Inc., following his first 10 years with
Exxon.
Eissenstate's new duties have been
added in recognition of his continual
efforts in this area, and will help provide
strategic direction to the company's ongoing enterprise risk management.

STEVE
ROSS

Steve Ross has joined Summit ESP
as vice president-finance. He will work
in the company's Tulsa headquarters.
Ross worked for 25 years as chief financial officer for several international
service and manufacturing companies.
His most recent position was with GE
Oil & Gas ESP, where he served for 15
years as executive vice president and
chief financial officers. Prior to that, Ross
was the CFO of Harbison-Walker Inc.,
an international manufacturer of refractory
products in Pittsburgh.

RICHARD E.
MUNCRIEF

The board of directors of WPX Energy
has named Richard E. Muncrief the
company's next president and chief executive officer. Muncrief also will join
the WPX board.
Muncrief is a petroleum engineer with

30 years of upstream and midstream
energy experience, most recently as senior vice president of operations and resource development at Continental Resources Inc. He also has 27 years of experience in technical and leadership capacities with ConocoPhillips Co.,
Burlington Resources Inc. and their
predecessor companies.

Chestnut Exploration and Production
Inc. has hired Victor Jordan as its new
senior production engineer. He will support the company's growing operations
and production in Texas, Louisiana and
New Mexico, and will oversee Chestnut's
drilling operations in its production
acreage in East and North Texas as well
as its Texas Gulf properties. He also is
responsible for improving the company's
operations and increasing overall production of company developments.
Before joining Chestnut, Jordan
worked as a production engineer at an
East Texas independent. He is a licensed
engineer and a member of the Society
of Petroleum Engineers.

RON
STEWART

Ron Stewart has joined Energy &
Environmental Services as thermal engineering manager. He is in charge of
managing the company's thermal unit
division, and will coordinate with the
solid chemical division of EES to enhance production and control paraffin
for customers at their oil field sites.
Stewart has 30 years of oil and gas
experience in operational management
positions. He was a co-founder of SunTech Energy Corp., one of the first companies to use thermal energy in oil fields
to improve production yields.
