hether you are a school leaver, a
university graduate, returning
to work after a career break
or keen to change your career
path, you no doubt would
like to find the job of your
dreams. And I'm here to tell you that you can.
The state of the UK economy may be uncertain
at the moment, with Brexit talks overshadowing
everything. But for you, now is the time and you
can do everything in your power to make this
happen, with my tips and advice to help you.
First, you must decide what it is you would
like to do. What is your passion? What will make
you spring out of bed in the morning? Whether
it's caring for other people, engineering, serving
delicious meals, teaching teenagers or crunching
numbers, there's a career out there that suits
you and you need to work out what that is.
Doing a short spell of work experience or
interning can help you see what your chosen career
is all about and whether it is something you really
want to do. Shadowing someone who already
does the job will give you an invaluable insight.
Once you set your heart on something, there's
no stopping you. Just make sure your CV is
watertight and your interview preparation
is extensive so you can win them over on the
day by giving the performance of your life.
Finding a job and career is exciting, and we're
here to help you do the groundwork to make it
happen. Good luck,
